Excellence Symposium #52 - "Without data, the one with the most power decides".

Wow, we are still very impressed by our first expert day in the #ExcellenceForum after the COVID break.

Many thanks to Robin Zimmermann, our host at #SiemensEnergy, which is transforming itself into a solution provider for the #Energiewende. Who else has a #FutureExperienceLab right on a factory site full of "heavy metal", which was a fantastic meeting location.

"Digital transformation of communication - with data to success".

It was fascinating to see how far #DigitaleKommunikation has developed in a dozen companies after a two-year break from conferences. Only a real physical meeting with lots of sensory impressions and non-virtual interaction can do that.

Am I communicating the right thing correctly? The perspectives merge.

How far the fundamentally different perspectives #agileLeadership/ #agileOrganization/ #agileCulture on the one hand, #Data/ #Analytics/ #Evaluation on the other, and #Content/ #Topics/ #DigitalPublishing have come in the meantime on the path to fusion or #Transformation... well, I would not have expected THAT.
For all 15 companies present, these perspectives converged in such a way that the transitions became fluid. All of a piece: #data analysts finally talking about the same topics as #heads of #communications and #editors. (I'm sure our content-one.de has contributed to this).

That's why the conversations and discussions of our participants and speakers kept circling around the same topics and were highly productive for #practice, no matter from which perspective they were started.
The result was many #takeaways on how to evaluate, manage and organize communication.

I am very happy about the positive feedback that came through the bank from all participants.
See you again! Either at our next monthly Web Circle, the next two with #Barmer and #DHL. And of course at the next #ExcellenceFachtag in spring - as always to confidentially share data and experiences with #datadriven. The neglected website will be a focus

My heartfelt thanks go to the excellent (really no praise) speakers and at the same time participants: Robin Zimmermann(#SiemensEnergy), Philipp Dieterich (MBA )(#Aareal Bank), Lea Waskowiak (#Covestro), Oliver Loenker(#SiemensHealthineers), Annette Siragusano (#EngelVoelkers) and Prof. Dr. Christoph Moss(#mossmedia) . Thanks also to the exquisite new co-moderators Thomas Mickeleit and Frank Sielaff and to all #communicators who participated - in 2 days full of (actually) engaging practical discussions and workshops.
#Excellence rules! It's just a matter of time.
