In a beautiful old building office at Savignyplatz, 12 nice and highly qualified employees meet, run own research and data science technology and advise our clients - all of them communication and marketing managers from large companies.
As a central service point for all forms of neutral data analysis, we bridge the gap between data processing and communications consulting. We advise decision-makers based on their own data, evaluate the quality of marketing & communications and operate fully integrated dashboards across all owned, paid, social and earned media. We interpret data and recommend measures to continuously improve strategy, organization and performance as a neutral advisor. We build data driven teams. Since 2005, we have also managed the Web Excellence Forum, an award-winning benchmarking initiative with more than 20 companies sharing data and experiences confidentially and openly at our conferences.

To advise our customers and expand a uniquely scalable business model, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f) with strong analytical and communication skills for a promising leadership position with immediate effect.
Your tasks
- Account management and customer consulting with responsibility for results.
- Business development through successful placement of consulting projects and automated agency services in the market.
- Team leadership through own enthusiasm and competence.
Your qualifications and interests
- Degree in communications, media studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with client contact in one of the environments: Media, Communications Research, Tracking & Analytics, Media Monitoring and Content Analytics.
- Strong communication skills, great interest in people and their situations.
- Methodological confidence, critical and thorough thinking.
- Perseverance and ambition, initiative, organizational skills.
