We are a small and fine owner-managed strategy consultancy with a preference for the evaluation and organization of content marketing. Our 12 hard-working employees meet every morning, 5 days a week, in a centrally located and beautiful old building office in the middle of the city. With our own extensive media research and data science capabilities, we evaluate the performance and quality of marketing & communication measures in owned, paid, social and earned media. We advise decision-makers at large companies on their data from their digital channels - because without people and conversations, data is just numbers. The focus here is on the personal but also on the automated interpretation of data by bots.

Your tasks with us
- Project management: You coordinate our interdisciplinary research, analysis and reporting projects with responsibility for costs and quality. You will also support our Content Marketing.
- Customer support: You are responsible for and configure our customers' dashboards in direct and trusting contact.
- Event management: you will support the program and running of our 3-yearly Web Excellence conferences for digital communicators from companies.
What we want from you
- Enjoy numbers, data analysis and statistics, online research methods and online technology.
- Degree with sound methodological knowledge in communication or media studies.
- First professional experience in one of the following fields: Tracking & Analytics, Media, Communication Research.
